About

Welcome. I’m so happy you’re here!

I just recently hit my two year mark on this little blog of mine. My baby is two years old!

Lots of time, change, and love have gone into this thing.

Hilary Alice Blog is like this…

Basically I aim for this to be a community to go to for all things feel good.

The feel good blog… yeah, I like the sounds of that.

 Topics Breakdown

Live – Here you will find topics like; minimalism, all natural findings and reviews (essential oils, cleaning products, etc..), letting go of the stress, and creating your best life with the life you currently have. Loving your surroundings and living for the little things.

Love – All things to do with my little family and relationships in general (friendships, pets, acquaintances). As well as all things wedding related. From planning a jack and jill, experience as a bridesmaid and maid of honour to a ton of posts related to our own destination wedding. Keep an eye out for many new posts to come on this topic!

Self – Self love in a pretty package. All things related to feeling confident in your own skin, beauty confidence tips for your all-natural self, everything feel-good and shaking those insecurities to reach your best self.

A Little About Hilary

Living in a small city in Ontario with my hubby (hellooo newlyweds as of April 2017), and our crazy fur-child who we spoil the heck out of.

In my spare time you can find me spending time outdoors with these two, writing till my heart is content, and obsessing over our travel and wedding photos for the 1000th time.

I started this blog two years ago, for a place to put my thoughts. As a introvert, thoughts get stuck and tend to spill over far too often. This blog originally took that place for me to come to when I needed to get it out. Two years later and it has become a place to connect with others, a positive space to spread light and love.  I can only hope that my writings can relate and help others!

So, join me! I would love to connect with like-minded people.

Send me a message, or leave me a comment. I want to hear from you.

 xo Hilary

  2. Okay, you have the prettiest, coolest eyes EVER. Just sayin’

I’m in my late 20s as well, living in Ontario, and experiencing many of the same life phases that you describe above. I’m really looking forward to your posts 🙂

  3. Well, Girls, I have been down your road. I’m sure in a much different fashion since my 20’s experience came in the 1950’s, but they were good (except when they weren’t). Joking a bit. I’ve had a wonderfully blessed life, but there has not been a decade when there was no trouble to give some opportunities for growth in ways that blissful days do not. So glad you found me, Hil, so I have had a chance to find you back.

  4. Thanks for stopping by Self-help Health and deciding to give it a like and a follow. I always appreciate when someone takes the time to do that, plus it helps lead me back to what they’re up to, like this interesting blog of yours.

Best wishes on all your endeavors and enjoy your 20s and all the yrs that come after. My 20s were long, long ago and I wish I’d appreciated them even more than I did. 🙂

  5. I’m flattered that a young un’ like you would want to follow hugmamma.com. Seems, however, we may have more in common than meets the eye. hugs for carrying on values that are still relevant and important…

    1. Yes, of course! I think it’s important to branch out and relate to others no matter the age difference. I find it fascinating to read other’s stories and I look forward to reading more of yours! Thanks for stopping by 🙂

  6. Hey! Thanks for the follow 🙂 I think/hope you’re following the one that is up to date (switching from .wordpress.com to a self-hosted site was apparently too tricky for me to handle properly) BUT I’m looking forward to checking out your blog too!
